PLEASE HELP! No one answers this question?!

Question: I really don't eat enough so I am going to add 100 calories a week to my diet. Usually I would eat:

Breakfast: Cereal, skim milk, sometimes blueberries in it
Lunch: Yogurt
Dinner: Sandwich on pita bread or soup

So this is my new plan:
Week 1: Add apple for a snack when I come home from school
Week 2: Add baby carrots (around 5-7) with my lunch
Week 3: Add strawberries (5-7) with my lunch

What else should I add? I am stuck for ideas. And do you think this will help me maintain my weight ( I realize I will put on a few pounds first). I really want to stay at the weight I am at.

I already take a vitamin supplement.

you are eating so little and the stuff you want to add is highly nutritous so it won't matter, truth to be told you may actually look thinner than you are now. I've been trying to gain weight and have gained eight pounds in about a month's time, the bad thing is that I look skinnier with the weight on than without it.

There are these great "100 Calorie Pack" snacks out there. They are low in fat and taste great. You can also get the 100 Calorie Pack desserts, like Chips Ahoy or Oreos. They are a great, low fat, low calorie snack!

Yogurt for lunch?? How bout trying salad? salad and yougurt for dessert. That won't add so much calories as long as you exercise. You can maintain any weight you have, just as long as you get enough exercise. DONT ever ever starve yourself.

Moderation -- just eat what you need, in order to be full.

and Exercise. :) That's all you need.

Goodluck!! :)

if you starve yourself, that could be bad. Dont just eat a sandwich for dinner and yogurt for lunch! you should have soup for lunch and maybe some ravioli or something for dinner, but stay healthy

Dude, it's okay to eat junk food once in a while.
When I come home from school, I just eat some chips or whatever.
And I weigh about 80 pounds.
Does that help?
Yahh.
I mean, it is good that you eat vegetables and fruits, cuz I do too, but it is not bad if you have some cookies occasionally.

You can eat whatever you digest and exercise daily and certainly you will enjoy the life.

What do you drink? Are you getting all your food groups? If not, you could always add a V8 to your diet. Make sure to get a glass of milk, at least, and maybe add some cheese. Dairy is very important so that you don't have bone problems later in life. Are you a vegetarian? If not, an additional serving of meat wouldn't hurt. You could add a small sandwich with your lunch. I know that the newest research is suggesting adding nuts to your diet. You could add almonds and granola to your lunch yogurt. A handful of nuts in the afternoon would help control the munchies.

Good luck!
