Trans fats in restaurants?!

Question: I just went out to breakfast this morning and ordered a veggie omelette.. seems harmless enough, only to find out, when i checked the restaurant's website that they cook their food in margarine! im like offended that I go to all this trouble to avoid trans fats and then restaurants go and do something like this. I guess this really isnt a question but rather a warning, dont eat at bob evan's, EVERYTHING there has trans fats in it!

is there anything I could do to get the trans fats out of my body??

Yeah, that's the trouble with restaurants - the food is tasty, but you don't know what made it so tasty - maybe it was a pound of butter, maybe it was MSG. When I go to a restaurant, I try to avoid fried and greasy food, but still I keep in mind that it's not going to be healthy.
Don't stress about the trans fats that you consumed with you breakfast. Stress won't do you any good. Your body will take care of it all by itself, just don't eat more of that omlette.
