How do I get rid of Bellyfat?!

Question: ?....I'm 14, and i'm 5'9" i weigh....145lbs. I'm not really fat, i just have a little bit of belly fat, that i'm not very fond of. What do I need to do to get it off. I do kickboxing which blasts calories, but is it doing anything for my abs?? Do i need to just do sit-ups. I have very strong abs, so that is no problem, but it's boring. What else can I do???

Lay down and do leg lifts. Keep you legs about 6 inches off the ground and lift your legs then settle them back down to the 6 inches. It works great.

Crunches are more effective than sit-ups because they require more lower body muscles.

I recommend the leg lifts, it works out the lower stomach, where fat likes to build up, as well as your thighs and butt. :P

sit ups
pushups

Chill Out! you are 14 and this bit of belly fat is normal, As you grow it will soon go, in the mean time if you are worried maybe go on a bike ride or walks but don't take it to the extreme there is nothing wrong with you xxx

start tumbling.
they make you do workouts at the end of practice that really make your abs hurttttt bad.
don't eat late.
and eat healthy.

NO PRINGLES!

Join a sport at your school. Thats how I stayed fit in middle/high school. Keep in mind your body is not going to look like everyone else. Some people have fat in places others don't.

Basically to get rid of that belly fat you would need to reduce your body fat percentage. Unfortunately there is no such thing as targeting body fat loss to one part. If you really want to get rid of that body fat, I'd suggest increasing exercise and eating as healthy as you can. Eating healthy means a lot of lean meats and vegetables, some fruit, and as little processed carbohydrates as is comfortable for you(in otherwords, if you can, avoid bread, pasta, rice, and anything loaded with sugar like candy, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks). Interval training is another great way to loose body fat, as it kicks up your metabolic rate. As is weight training.
