It's not a good idea to replace most of your food with any one item. Soy milk is good for you- but only in moderation. Your body is like a very finely tuned machine. It needs a proper balance of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and Calories to function properly. Once you deny your body these essential fuels (like you are doing now by replacing food with soy milk), your body does not function as well. Feeling hungry is your body saying you need food- so eat. Listen to your body. The dizziness you are experiencing after this change in your diet is your body saying "stop." It's so important to get a good balance in your diet in order to keep your body and mind functioning well.
You only get one body- treat it well.

youve reduced your calories and your body is going to a REST mode. It will last a few days and then go away. Just stand up and move a bit slower. Also, drink more water

drink lots of water and/or try some chicken broth. it will help correct your electrolites
