Does anyone knows how to gain some weight???!

Lift weights every other day and eat lots of protein, like chicken breasts, along with plenty of other healthy foods. Try to eat some protein immediately after you work out and drink plenty of water every day. I can about guarantee you will be able to put on 10 lbs quickly if you do that, plus you will have a lot more energy and feel fantastic!!

Don't eat junkfood- that does nothing good for you, instead, eat GOOD carbs, like pastas, rices, etc. This will fill you out in all the right places.

having a high carb diet such as
pasta breads fruits and veggies have alot of carbs

Milkshakes.
Eat LOTS of protein. That combined with weight training should help you build muscle effectively.

EAT ALOT and if you wanna be buff FOOTBALL weight lifting like have bid meals!

Eat a lot of protein and exercise, as you will gain muscle.
Muscle ways more than fat, and is more attractive (less dangerous to your health too!)

Pasta and more pasta. You can take a nap after that would help too.

eat pizza 12:00 in the morning have a snack evey hour an 20 minutes dont eat healthy eat junk food while laying down
