This is very unhealthy, but I want to know if I can lose weight from it?!

Question: Today what I ate was:
Pasta with tomato sauce, with carrots and brocolli in it.
Oreos. (Not healthy I know)
& water.
Tommrow if I don't eat and if I don't eat Monday how much weight will I have lost?

There are more tips and info.

1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.

2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.

3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.

4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week

5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds

6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic

9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese,

mushrooms and any other fermented food

10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that

you're doing low carb and when you started

12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame

the diet if you don't follow the diet

Hmm...really hard to tell. It depends on how much you currently weigh and how high of a metabolism you have. But the only thing is that if you start to eat normal again...you'll end up right at your previous weight and gain back those few pounds.

whoa! you don't have a healthy diet plan! if you starve yourself for a couple of days and then eat the weight will pack up on you fast. You have to eat 3 meals a day and try to target every category in the food pyramid EXCEPT SUGAR FOODS

you'll lose muscle instead of fat eat at least 1200 calories each day and workout to lose weight your way is anorexia I have been there done that and it was very unhealthy

it is very unhealthy, and i know what you are going through,
i feel the same way. I have done that before but all it does
is make you more hungry when you finally do decide to eat. and than you just put those pounds back on, and than some. so if you want my honest opinion?! Just watch what you eat, and how much you eat, and just exercise, keep yourself in good health, if you don't eat you might become anorexic, and thats not a good idea because down the road if you want kids, your body might not be able to reproduce them.
thats my opinion....i hope it helped.....

You will lose water weight & the instant you eat something the pounds will come RIGHT BACK... not to mention the food you ate today was not exactly diet food. pasta & sauce? Well maybe the sauce was alright but pasta is a no-no... and don't even get me started with oreos.
Why don't you eat balance healthy meals every day instead of gorging & then starving - that's kinda stupid when you think about it~!

Your body need protein which you have deprived it of with the pasta and veggies. You are planning a 2 day fast if you're not going to eat at all but you must drink water or you risk major dehydration. If you dropped your calorie intake to 500 calories for one week with one of those protein shakes and 8 glasses of water you might lose up to 10 pounds in that week. It varies from individual to individual. The more weight one has to lose the more weight one will lose in that first week. I know as I did one of those ridiculous liquid diets and lost 60 pounds in 5 months. But the down side I gained it all back plus another 20 pounds a year later.
So it's far better to develop a healthy eating plan.

Try the South beach plan http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/southbe...
