WEIGHT LOSS - help?!

Question: is 45 minutes every night 7 days a week on a stationary bike enough to lose weight? do i need to step it up to an hour to see any results?

i've been eating very healthily as well, and also doing lots of walking and walking 20 flights of stairs 3 times a week.

it's only been about 2 weeks but I don't see any difference, no inches lost or no weight lost.

when will the loss begin to show?

Thankyou :)

Wow! Good for you! It sounds like you've been working really hard! Don't forget to leave like a day off to relax and rest your body. Your body will hate you if you don't give it a break. If you overwork yourself, you'll just end up hurting yourself. 45 minutes is sufficient, don't work out for too long. You need rest! Make sure you don't go to sleep too late. At least 6-7 hours of sleep for an adult. 7-10 hours for a child. Results will start to show around like a month/3-4 weeks. Make sure you don't starve yourself and always have a little bit of everything. A lot of fruits and veggies are good! Don't drink any soda or those things. Always choose water, and orange juice and apple juice. Vitamin water isn't great for you either. It's really just artificially flavored sugar water. Stay away from Gatorade; it's not as good for you as it sounds. And it has a lot of sugar in it. 3 meals a day, breakfast should be the biggest so you can burn it off during the day. A light lunch. If you want a snack(prob around 3/4 o'clock if u eat lunch around 11/12 pm.), eat an apple or other fruits or even a couple of carrots! Good luck!!

WA-MI tea ,very good.

I'd say you sound like you're working pretty hard. When you're on your stationary bike are you working really hard, or are you just moving your legs and watching TV or reading a magazine? Also, what is a good diet to you? You need to be eating lean meats (chicken, fish) and lots of vegetables and some fruit. No fruit drinks, soft drinks, processed carbohydrates or sugary foods.

ok so i read your addition. Try eating all your ciarbs a) in the morning and b)directly after the workout. Also break your meals up into 5 or 6 small meals instead of 3 larger meals. You will see a difference!

u should be taking a day off to give your body a rest :) youll probably start seing some results after 3-4 weeks. it takes a while, but it will be sooo worth it!!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com
