How can I lose weight before swimsuit season?!


Question: I posted this question earlier but I didn't get any answers yet .
I currently weigh 138.5lbs and want to weight 120lbs. So I will have to lose 18.5 lbs. I'm 5'8. I want to lose this weight by memorial day because I already know that will be the next time I will be going swimming. Any help? tips? diet plans? exercize plans? anything you want to give me for advice.

A good way for you would be to do excercises or jogging. Stop eating junk and start eating lots of vegetables and fruits. Very important is to drink as much as you can, since this will make your stomach feel busy. Of course it needs to be water, and not coke or anything like that.

if your 5'8 and your 138 then that seems normal, but if you wanna sculpt your stomach i suggest belly dancing or crunches

Sudden weight loss is not good for your health. And therefore I would not answer.
