Has anyone done the P90X workout?!

Question: Does it really work? And if so if you dont mind sharing what you weight was before and what it was now, that would be great.

I have never tried, but "muscle confusion" makes sense. Worst comes worst, it's like another workout dvd. However, if you really need proof, go to beachbody.com and go to the message boards. There is a specific section for P90x. Read what other people have to say.

I was actually going to ask this question as well. I've tried it for a week and I have to say its not easy. If you can get through the 90 days I'm positive you'll be in shape. I was pretty sore the first couple of days. I'm curious to see what others have to say.
