How can i loose 20 lbs quickly with a slow matabolism?!

Well, first things first, you've got to really really want to lose the weight. With diets and things, many people fail and give them up because they cant be bothered with it all, but it sounds like u really wanna do this!

so u gotta just be strong and DONT EAT PUDDINGS !! A tip on doing this, is make a calender for 20 days, and everyday tick it if you havent had any puddings. the first few days are really really hard but then when u start seeing all the ticks on the calender, showing how you havent eaten puddings, you want to carry it on!

also, im addicted to crisps hehe, so i gave them up for lent, and at first it was really hard but now i dont even want them or anythign! ug et used 2 not eating them

also, only drink water. do a calender thing if you want too

once you;ve finished the 20 days, start one again, fresh. odnt follow on from the old canelder cause u might start to think..ughhh cant be bothered wiht this ive done loads already

also, you should do some jogging in your spare time, just do as much exercise as you can, but your programma looks pretty good. make sure that when u get home from doing these exercises/sports , you dont eat loads cause then uve put back all the weight u just got rid off!!

for snacks, eat raw vegetables

also, tell your parents how u wanna lose weight cause then they will help you by not buying/making healthy foods.

just tell yourself how much u want it and DONT GIVE UP!

get your friends helping you too! if they see u eating anything unhealthy get them to hit u! hehe

to speed up your metabolism eat breakfast lunch and dinner. DONT snack

First of all your not overweight so why would you want to lose 20lbs. unless you want to look anorexic. your 5ft6 and you are actually underweight for your height and age, so please leave your weight alone.

Not to be rude, but your height to weight ratio is probably around perfect and you don't need to lose any weight. But, to speed up your metabolism you have to exercise. Also, try to eat more protein than carbs. Your body tries to store carbs as fat (that is if you have fat).

your actually pretty close to being underwiehgt, so i really dont think you should lose anymore weight. but if u want to speed up your metabolism, your going to have to lift weights and gain more muscle.

You sound to me like a healthy weight, Your just obsessing over nothing!! If you really want to lose 20 Ibs like you say then do it the healthy way, Exercise and eat sensible, Aim to lose about 2-3 pounds per week, no more than that! :)
