How do i know if i hit a plateau?!


Question: i dont weigh myself everyday because i dont have a scale. I just started to go to the gym the starting of Febuary. I go 3-4 times a week for one hour cardio. Do i stop losing weight forever, and how do i know?

it's not necessary to weight yourself every day. once a week is fine. you'll know you're on a plateau because no matter what you do, you don't lose any weight at all. it can be for a short time or long (and usually seems longer than it really is). at some point, you might not lose any weight, but lose inches instead.

Even if you hit a plateau, the key is to maintain what you've been doing for during the week (to 10 days) of that plateau. Getting through the plateau is a psychological battle, where many people 'throw the towel in".
