How to lose belly fat!?!


Question: i have fat on my belly
evrything else is fine and muscled except my belly
when i touch my belly under all my fat i have hard abs how can i lose the fat ontop to have a flat stomach

and dont forget to do crunches
to keep those abs firm

not much gets rid of fat but cardio, at least 30 min at a clip...but if you cut soda out of ur diet it will prob really help. Each can of coke, for example, is like 200 calories. "Don't drink your calories"

CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO, great for the heart, great for burning fat. Run, skip, swim, jog, speed walk, go play a sport, don't have the space? that's fine, do some jumping jacks. The point is, if you want to know whether you're burning fat, all you have to do is an exercise that will get your heart rate above it's normal rate for about 10-15 minutes, and from there on your body will be using fat (which has more energy) to supply your body with energy instead of carbs. :)

Other than that, research the best way to get those killer abs and get rid of that pocket fat. Go on the net, develop a plan, and then execute it. There is a TON of info on stuff like that out here. We are not all rich and cannot hire someone to tell us what to do so we have to find out for ourselves and then put it to work!

Swimming is probably the best overall cardio workout for your body, plus the resistance builds muscle. You may just have a body type that stores fat in the midsection. I was the same and the best thing to cut out is the soda and also any other refined sugars since the glucose spike in your blood stream is what signals your body to store fat in the first place. Also, I saw a study that showed white bread consumption to be correlated with belly fat. Try switching to whole wheat.
