Why do so many foods claim to be trans-free yet have hydrogenated oil?!

Question: Anything with hydrognated oil contains trans-fat. That is why butter is better than margirine. The thing is....hydrogenated oil is found in so many foods. If you do eat it make sure it says "Fully hydrogenated" ...this is still pretty bad but not as bad as "Partially hydrogenated"

Fully Hydrogenated is fine, though if you stick to eating healthy by eating fruits, vegetables, lean meats and such, you don't even have to worry about that. Yeah, I understand though. No matter what the nutrition panel says, if it says partially hyrdogenated especially in the first 5 listings in the ingrediants, don't bother. Just liek if it says high fructose corn syurp. It's just another word for sugar, even if it the nutrition panel says it doesn't contant much or what not.

Yea i was wondering that myself...

Why I don't Know? They do it for money ,,tricking them into buying there product !!
But Trans fat free does'nt mean any thing good
Wheat thins, chips etc, are the Worst for you
People believe they can eat stuff that says trans fat free but it means they are going to STAY FAT TOO

3 things to remember no sugar of any kind except in fresh fruits
No processed flour of any kind
No fake oil like margarine
real butter is better
you will live longer and happier
good question
