One month of workout- before and after pictures.?!


Question: Hey, I've been lifting, doing cardio, and weight lifting for 1 straight month, and this is my progress-

I feel like I've lost a little bit of fat, and gained a little bit of muscle, but I still feel like i have a little loose skin.

This next month I'm going to concentrate more heavily on lifting, to put on some more muscle.

any training suggestions to cut fat and add muscle? I'm currently eating about 2000 calories a day, and between 100-200g of protein, with barely any fats/sweet/pop at all.

you looked thin in the before picture actually.

I think you look really good now, but some more definition in your abs would make you look really great.

Hey your pretty toned but bit on the skinny sides, how old are you im 17 and of similar build?

I'm sorry to say this, but you really shouldn't try to lose weight and build muscle at the same time. I suggest focusing on one, and you will get results faster. Btw, if you wanna gain weight, you wanna eat more than 2,000 calories. I would say something like 5,000.
