Generally speaking it's best to lose somewhere between 1-2 lbs per week at the most. Anymore then that can be harmful to your body, or even detrimental to your future weight loss since your body will think food is scarce and start storing all the calories it can. Considering your height your ideal BMI of around 20 or so puts you in a weight range of 105-110 so you're looking at losing a little over a pound a week. If you lose more than that you're at the risk of being underweight, which is unhealthy.

To lose that you'll need to expend a little over 3500 calories than you consume every week. A combination of diet and exercise are always the best option.
