Why are guys so obsessed with pecs? *a*a?!


Question: Yes you are right!!Unfortunately as a result many guys end up with serious injuries due to massive imbalances.You should do the body as a whole,Quite frankly machines such as the pec dec are dangerous!!You should be doing ideally dumbell chest presses both incline and decline,AND bent over rows,Good Mornings etc for the back.If anyone just concentrates on the visuals,ie bicep pecs,they will be heading for trouble.

It takes a good effort to develop pectoral muscles.I seriously love pec trainer day.Heavy weight dumbell and all ****.Big workout day all around.
