Has anyone heard of taking Honey and Garlic to help in weight loss?!

Question: It is suppose to be a mixture for honey (two teaspoons) and vinegar (one teaspoon) diluted and stirred into a glass of 8 ounces of water. I haven't heard the one using garlic. You can lose weight by cutting down the intake of dairy products. Or not consume them at all for awhile.

no.

I've heard of garlic but not honey.

Nope. Exercise and proper diet...yes.

no but im guessing that since honey is a simple sugar they may have linked it to weight loss.
but, crash dieting is bad. and you gain all of the weight back. (just letting you know incase you were planning on eating garlic and honey for a week)

uh, no, not for dieting. i have heard of taking honey and garlic to cure coughs though, and it works...(at least for me)

Nope, but recently I developed an allergy to dairy products, and since cutting them completely out of diet (you can make up for the calcium loss by eating dark leafed vegetables) I've noticed I've lost quite a bit.
