Lose 10 lbs?!

Question: I'm 21 years old and about 136 lbs, and I would like to lose about 8-10 lbs. I've gone one healthy diets where I exercise regularly and eat very healthy to the point where I'm cutting 500 calories per day between burned calories and cut calories. This type of diet works and I do lose weight very very slowly, but after a couple of weeks I find that I am so hungry that I just can't do it anymore and have to eat more calories. It's not that I don't have weight to lose... I have my fat pouch on my stomach as well as love handles. My arms are thicker than I would like them to be. My legs and butt can always afford to be thinned down as well.

It doesn't help to add more exercise because I've always been a very fit person. I figure skate about 10 hours a week and go through spurts of lots of extra cardio and stregnth training.

Is there any suggestions you can give me to help lose the weight?

You seem incredibly heathy, i don't think this is a case of losing weight, i think its a case of toning up. Get some weights and use them on your arms to tone them up, and do regular burst of sit ups to tone your stomach. A good cardio vascular workout for the whole body is to use a cross trainer, which works all parts of you body, for at least half an hour a day, and do some rowing to tone your stomach.

Hope this helps :)

You dont say how tall you are. But, at 136# I am sure you dont have much to lose. Just tone what you have. Its not about what the scale says anyway.

Make sure your eatting enough protein. ISOPURE from GNC is really good. You probably need 100+ grams depending on how much your working out.

try to eat lots lots lots of protein......and u sound like u are fit and at a healthy weight so just become at peace w/ur body so u dont become annerexic
