How can I lose my weight...?!

Question: Hey all! First of all, I'm trying to lose my weight because I am sick and tired of my body feeling so heavy all the time. well I tried many times to lose weight but it failed. The thing is, the gym here costs $59.99 a month which is insane. I tried to run outside, but since I live in Boston, it's still cold as hell although it's march already. It's dangerous too because everything is frozen and it's very slippery. Is there anything I can do to lose weight by workingout inside my apartment room? I mean, I can't run around my room because that would cause noises...I just need to sweat alot!!! any ideas?

the key is diet diet and exercise.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.

Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio

They have hundreds of exercise video clips

Also check out the XGen to randomly generate a workout routine. You have to sign up, but it is free.

for exercise, can you afford to buy a good quality trampoline? one that can be folded and put away. 5 min on a tramp + 30 min on a treadmill. and it is a whole lot healthier.

for your diet - here is what my dietician recommends - follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. Pick an exercise regime you like. But lose only 1 kilo a week. That is the permanent way of losing.

go on a diet and exercise go on biggest loser show jk but like run around the block

have you thought about getting one of those exercise DVDs where you can work out at home.

Seriously try throwing up!!! its not that bad

worked for me! i lost 154 pounds! im hott now!

1. Forget the gym- buy an exercise bike from eBay
2. Eat regularly
3. Cut out processed food
