Eating well can do a couple of things to improve the effects of Adderall. First, if you aren't eating enough, your body won't produce its own energy and relying on the Adderall for energy won't cover it. Also, if you take Adderall on an empty stomach, it will absorb faster and therefore leave your system faster so you won't feel the effects for as long. By taking it on a full stomach, you slow down the absorption rate which also extends the effects of the med. Hope this helps!

i dont think that its very healthy for you

I don't have a definite answer for you but I also take adderall. I take it for A.D.D. I don't eat much either and I have neither gained nor lost any weight.

If you don't have ADHD then these meds will effect you differently. You will have a greater chance to become addicted than those who take it for ADHD. Do youself a favor and cut it out.

Also, Adderall doesn't make you loose weight. It is not that magical. All it does is kill your appetite. Yea, you might not think about lunch but that doesn't mean you are getting the right nutrition. Read a few books on nutrition and you will find that Adderall isn't going to help you overall in the "healthy" department.
