Yoga is not only great exercise, it is relaxing also. I was amazed when I did yoga for 30 days how much it did for toning. I also became much more flexible as it stretched my muscles. Another great thing about Yoga is you stretch to your 'limit' and then stretch a little more. So it is done at each individuals level. You progress at your own speed.

YES after i lost a few kilos i need to tone up my stomach so i took it for 2 months and it helped so so so so so so much. now i am toned and lovin it.

It does work for toning, especially if you use weights or resistance bands
