Working out & diet..?!

Question: So i wanna start working out, but if i do, will i lose my big butt? i like my butt & i dont want it to get any smaller, i might wanna tone it, smooth it out, & get rid of the cellulite, but i dont wanna totally lose my butt, i want to keep it. So if i start working out, will it get a lot smaller? is there certain butt work outs i can do to make it nicer but not make it smaller? & i also want a nice flat tummy. & i also want to go on a healthy diet, i dont eat meat, only chicken, but i do eat junk food. anyone know of what to cook thats healthy? should i just be a vegetarian? I WANNA BE HEALTHY!! any recommendations? pleaseee!!

Dont know about the butt thing 'but' except that if you have a proporionate butt already it will probably stay that way and just reduce proportionately with the rest of you! As far as the whole healthy eating thing goes i can give you a few pointers. If you are enjoying chicken and craving it then its a good idea to keep eating it. Sometimes it can take many years of animal product elimination to become a healthy vegetarian. Taking certain animal products out of your diet over many years as to not shock your body due to the fact that most of us were fed it by pur parents throughout our lives. Lots of combined protiens are the secret i.e. 'rice and legumes, nuts or seeds' , 'millet and qinoa' (types of grains.) To be a vegetarian takes alot of food thought and preparation 'in the beginning', after that it just flows. Talk to your local health food or organic food store, they SHOULD be very helpfull. Hommus is a very good and easy vego food, it has protien and calcium (from sesame). Recipe is as follows (approximately); 1 can of chick peas to 1 tbsp Tahini, 1 tbps olive oil, 1 to 2 oranges or lemons (i like orange) splash of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Walla! Best if you soak and cook your own chickpeas for optimul nutrition but for now it'll do! Lots of fresh leafy greens and sprouts (go the germ of life) Goodluck health seeker, its worth it!

walking will help you in toning your butt.for tummy do strech exersise and just stop junk food and drink water in place of coke...that's it

PLEASE don't lose your butt!!!
