Does drinking fresh squeezed grapefruit a few times a day really help you lose w!

Question: No. Drinking fresh juice is just good for you. It is made up of fructose which is one chemical bond away from glucose, the stuff that your body uses for energy. That is, it is very easy to digest (unless the acid in citrus fruit bothers you - then go apple juice) and makes a great pick-me-up. If you change nothing in your diet or exercise program, adding grapefruit juice will NOT make you lose weight. If you are eating well and exercising daily, adding fresh juice is a nice thing in the morning to get you going. Better than coffee with no caffeine crash. Hope that helps you. There are NO quick fixes but fresh juice is wonderful for you.

yessss, but yuck they are so bitter like ughh

Doesn't do a darn thing. It may even interfere with a prescription such as even birth control, making it not work too well.

No. Grapefruit has often been cited as a 'fat-burner' but there is ZERO scientific evidence for this. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you're eating.

Walking around the block will do more for you than drinking any kind of fruit juice. Grapefruit juice may taste bitter, but it is still high in sugars.

Don't know that it will help you lose vweight but tthe whole grapefruit is very good for you, especially the pithy bits in the middle
