Skipping breakfast is the worst way to loose weight. In fact, if you want to lose weight, it would be better to skip dinner. When you eat breakfast, your body has the entire day to burn off the calories. When you eat dinner, much of the calories get obsorbed into your body while you sleep. Exercising at night is also not as effective as working out in the morning. Again, when you work out in the morning your body gets a jump start on the day and you burn more calories throughout the day. One of the best ways to loose weight is to eat many small meals throughout the day and never skip any! This will speed up your matabolism and you will loose weight. Good Luck -Alan

If you're trying to lose weight, breakfast should be your biggest meal and dinner your smallest. As a college student, I've noticed it really does help you do better in school because it increases alertness and concentration.

It's definitely going to affect your weight if you do that too much.. It's not the healthiest way to lose weight.

It's not good.
I was told by my health professional to eat a breakfast within an hour of waking up. it jump starts your metabolism and without doing that, your body will be reluctant to let go of fat.

They don't call Breakfast the "most important meal of the day" for nothing. Having breakfast is the best way to start your day. Even if it's yogurt with 1oz of string cheese or eggs.

There's even some kind of saying (I won't get it exactly right) that you should eat breakfast like it is dinner and dinner like breakfast (in other words, more food in the morning burns calories faster).

Yes, it is bad to skip breakfast. Perhaps your lack of discipline is the cause for missing breakfast. You sound as though you are attempting, and maybe succeeding, in part, in living a healthy life. But a proper breakfast, such as fruit, whole grain cereal or bread is good for your digestive and eliminatory systems.

Get up earlier. Establish a real routine in the morning, not a reactionary one based on over sleeping. Real discipline will provide your even a healthier life and longer one.

actually eating breakfast helps lose weight..eat something otherwise ure body stores fat..just grab a granola bar or bread and pb or an apple..something!

There's a reason they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It'll make you less hungry the rest of the day. If you're in a hurry, at least grab a healthy granola bar! A hi-fiber cereal is best. Kashi Go-Lean is the best. They sell it at Super Wal*Marts, Target, and Trader Joe's, if you're lucky enough to have that wonderful store. TJ's has the best granola bars!

Try not to eat 3 hours before you go to bed. But do NOT go to bed hungry. Have something small, like a banana or an apple. Then brush your teeth. That works wonders when you're hungry!

Bless you and good luck! :)

I agree that you need breakfast. No matter how little time you have at least drink some milk and eat a granola bar and some fruit-even juice if that's the best you can do. You will really find it makes a difference.
And it's lose-loose is a woman who kisses on the first date.
