HOW do I get my stomach like this?!


Question: i have a little fat on my stomach, i want it to look like this before summer, is that even possible?

You will need to lower your body fat to have your abs show like that. Unless your body fat is ridiculously high, anything is possible. Dont get discouraged.

Clean up your eating and ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST. Try 2 eggs and some whole wheat/grain bread with a serving of fruit. Eat every 2.5 to 3 hours after that. Meal, snack, meal, snack, meal.

Great snacks are: 1 apple and 2 scoops peanut butter.
Trail Mix (without the candy)
Yogurt
Wheat thins and 2 slices deli cuts (turkey
or chicken)
Edemami (soy beans)
Imitation crab

Eating that way will speed up your metabolism. Also drink plenty of water.

Do your sit ups every other day for the first week. Then everyday since your abs/core will be in better condition.

ew.. what ever your into .. ehm do crunches an kickboxing is good for it. although my kb teacher won't let me get like that *not that i want to* cause can cause problems with childbirth...

I thought that was a guy's abs until I looked at the rest of the picture. Not cute.

lay with your back on the grouind. and make your curve in your back lay flat on the ground. that helps your lower stomach. sit ups. crunches. and for obliques/abs sit on your but. and have your knees bent. lean as far back as you can with out your feet raising. turn your stomach to one side. touch the ground. turn do the other side. do 30 reps 3 times a day.

I hate to sat this but you are still growing and will have some baby fat. That is healthy. Do not look at ads and think that you are suppose to have their abs or someone Else's physique. Doing cardio is very good, but to tone muscle you have to lift weights. You should go to a gym and have a trainer show you the proper way to use the weight machines and what areas you want to target. Always proceed with cation, do not do over do it because you can harm yourself.

keep doing what you are doing and drink alot of water.

Im also 15 , 5ft 7 and about 130 pounds.
Sit ups only target your muscles.
To lose fat from your stomach you need to lose it from all over your body. You cant just target one area and lose fat from just that area.
The exercises you are doing sound really good keep them up - but maybe go running or cycling for an hour and cut down cardio time.

BTW weight loss only begins after about 30mins of continuous exercise.
