Quick ways to lose weight?!


Question: i need quick ways to lose weight in my thighs, tone stomach, and i have a chubby face. i am 13 and weigh 107lbs. but i have a recital coming in August and i have to wear short shorts and tight shirt. dont tell me im not fat, i just need quick simple diet and exercises i can at home. I have considered Balemia but can't bring myself to do it....yet

You don't weigh that much at all but if you want to lose weight here is a few tips!!! okay i am on a diet too and it was hard for me too start this! first of all DON'T go bulimic or anorexic i am the same age as you and i have considered it but i found out that it is life threatening and if you would ever want to get married someday you would have a hard time having children! Also don't lose the weight to fast because you can gain it back way faster than if you just lose the weight properly!

1) get a calculator and type in you weight and times that by 12 and that is how many calories you should eat every day!
2) exercise 45-60 min a day and give you body a rest if it sore!
3) write down everything you eat and how many calories you eat a day!

P.S. it was hard for me to start doing this but i got it going after couple of days but i just started and i am feeling much better!!!

bad idea..bulemia can kill u..ure at a good weight..i am same age and same weight..i am 5 feet tall and i dont consider myself fat at all so neither should u..unless ure less than 4'10, dont worry!

whatever you do dont stop eating, you may be skinny for a while but then your body will go into starvation mode & it will slow your metabulisum down. Then when you decide to start eating again your metabulisum will still be slow & the food will turn into fat & youll end up being bigger than you 'are' now.
i suggest cutting down on junk food & 30 minutes of exercise a day :D

Please don't stop eating or turn yourself bulemic. You'll create problems later on as those two options are very short term. Your best bet is just to cut out sweets and junk food (chips, soda, coffee..etc) This will get rid of an amazing amount of calories a day. (A splurge now and then will not set you back )
For exercise to do at home, you can do gymnastic type stretching. This does work on keeping you toned. I found a couple of video online: http://www.expertvillage.com/video/8924_...
Don't worry if you aren't as flexible as the girl in the video. I started this type of stretching when I was 12 and I still do it now that I'm 31. (ok I'm old...:) )
You have until August to look like you want, that's a long time and you can do amazing things with yourself, without harming yourself. :)

you have till august, thats still enough time to get in shape, balemia is never the answer that will just f*ck you over later. You cant loose weight or fat in just one part of your body, so to make your thighs look thinner i say get on a tredmill, run, cycle, or any type of cardio exercise. For your abs, there is nooooooo quick way, just cardio, crunches, and leg lifts and over time you will see the change. You also need a good diet to loose weight, and by diet I dont mean stop eating I mean instead of getting McDonalds(or whatever junk food) replace it with a healthy snack you enjoy. I used to weigh 180 lbs and had a big belly, but i got down to 130 with a six pack by running almost every day over the summer, eating salads, cause i loved salad, instead of fast food, and i did at least 100 crunches a day. You dont need to do as intense as my routine but the i basically laid out for you what you need to do to reach your goal WITHOUT balemia.

u still have a long time till august kid, be active in the summer run jump swim and you'll be toned.

if u start to become bulimic or aneroxic now its just going to back fire on you because
1. you'll have craving and then you'll keep eating
2. your metabolism goes down which means whatever you do eat- even after ur recital is done- you body will store it as fat
3. you'll get a buuuunch of health problems-lose hair, period if u got it, low iron etc etc

believe me ive done it

jus eat healthy all fruits and vegetables and be active
