hey im 5'4" ad was 115 but i've been excercising and stayed away from mos carbs and ran a little everyday and cut down my dit just by eating less then i did. but make sure u have enough to get u by but not so much until ur full. it takes about 20 minutes for ur body to determine when u are full.
just be healthy and protein is good so is vegtables and fruits make sure u have some everyday. and also dont eat mcuh more then 1000 calories a day. if u continue u can lsoe a god 10 pounds in 2-3 weeks r less.
stay healthy tho. i did this and lost 7 pounds in little more then a week.

NO. First of all you don't need to lose weight..and losing more than 2 pounds per week is very very bad for you. Just eat healthy and work lots of fruit and veggies into your diet. You are probably putting in lots of exercise in track, so eat plenty of LEAN protien.

yeah about 1200 calories a day, and run every day which wil also help with track.

You've got nothing to loose unless you want to look sick, and going about it in a month will make you look sick. I mean I'm sure everyone would want to loose more weight, and I'm one of them, but going about it like that want help your health. Your at a good weight just focus on your health and keep up with your excersing, but don't wear yourself out. About a half hour 3 days a week is good enough, and eat good foods. Eat your meats and cheeses, eggs, greens and fruit and you should be in good shape... I know meat and cheeses are not usually on the diet plan, but you don't need a diet just healthy small portions through out the day!
