Does it matter what time of day you exercise?!


Question: I have heard that you will burn more in the morning before you eat anything and that is what I have been doing but I just am so busy in the morning that I have to start doing my workouts in the afternoon but I am worried that I wont get a good enough workout. I mean any workout should be good enough right?

A lot of experts will say sometime during the afternoon, because according to your circadian rhythms, or biological clock, your body temperature is normally highest sometime in the afternoon. You will have greatest endurance and stamina at this point, and are less likely to injure yourself. Keep up with the afternoon workouts!

The morning time is always better however, doing it in the afternoon or late evening should also work. The main thing that you have to do is keep working out it does not matter when as long as you do it, you will start to see results. The more you work out the more of a chance you will see results.. as long as you exercise, when you do it doesn't matter so much. some experts say to exercise later in the day. just do what works for you.
