I can bench 85lbs and weigh 140lbs is this bad?!

Question: I am male 5'10 without shoes and weigh 140lbs and with my weight bench I can:

Bench 85lbs 6 reps
Legs (quads) 60lbs 10 reps
Legs (hamstrings) 60lbs 7 reps
I can do only 15 pushups and almost 3 whole pullups

My question is are these weights enough to build muscle because it really doesnt seem to be working.

First of all, you are not going to build any new muscle with that weight. All your are going to fo is tone your muscles. What I suggest is using a new routine for working out.
Bench only twice a week, once Monday and Once Friday. Work on your weakness on wednesday. If you have weakness at the bottom of your bench, then work on triceps on wednsday, but if you have trouble at the middle of your bench, then work on shoulders on wednsday. What I suggest is doing 5 sets of 5 using moderately heavy weights. So on a monday, bench 100 pounds 5 times and 5 sets, on wednsday work on your weakness, and on friday increase your weight to 110 pounds. Always use a spotter when benching. On tuesday and thrusday, work on your back, biceps, legs, abs, but do not do any sort of chest.

Always warm up with a light weight, and do some cardio before, and after as well. Always keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water. EAT a more as well, and get some rest.

Should be more for bench the rest is okay i guess

It is considered good if you can bench press your own weight. To be considered strong for your weight, you might be pressing 180-200. Keep pressing a weight and add 5lbs every 2 weeks.

No it wont. I remember when I started working out I could barely do 65 lb on bench but now i can hit 280. what you do is find your max on bench. Then take that max and do 10 reps of 55% of ur max, 8 reps 65% of ur max, 75% 4 reps, 85 2 reps of ur max And usually when i can hit 85% twice with ease i would go for a new max on the same day and hit it. Same can be applied for squats. And try to work out the rest of ur muscles. Ur back, shoulders, biceps. Oh and be sure to eat or drink protein and take a multivitamin after u work out like a one aday.

try benching a higher weight with only 3 reps

i'm 6'2 and weigh 155 but i can bench 115 8 times and 150 once

so to build your muscle try doing 100 lbs 3 reps then once u get to where u think u can do 5-6 reps with 100 move up to 110....

and so on and on
