What should be my weight? Answers appriciated.?!


Question: I weigh 152-154 and my height is 5'2-5'3. Plus, I am 14. What should I weigh? I know that I am overweight, and I dont know what to do. I have tried dieting, but I always fail. I have stopped drinking cokes, and I am going to start walking on my tredmill, and I am going to try to start eating Special K. Will that work? What should I properly weigh, and how can I get there?

I think about 115-120 will be a good goal for you :)

for you to lose weight i would eat about 1350-1450 calories a day and write down whatever you eat and keep up with the exercise i am on a diet and i write down everything that i eat and it was hard for me to start but i am dong way good right now!!!

If your 152-154 and 5'2,you should be 136.[standard][24.9]
If your 152-154 and 5'3, you should be 140.[standard][24.8]


BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
