2 pounds max

absolutely, but make sure you are healthy enough to do so.

yes it will

If you don't eat more it will.

yeah!!

sure, but you won't do it because it would be too boring. run around the park instead.

yes, any physical activity, as long as you don't increase your food intake

Possibly...but to keep losing weight you would need to continue adding more laps as time goes on...continue pushing yourself or your body will get used to it

Yeah it will work if you do it on a regular basis. But Then if you don't have a healthy diet it will all go to waste.

LOL you're seriously asking that question? Well, most likely it will make you lose some of that flabby body fat. Why, are you gonna try and do that?

Eh, how 'bout just the traditional running on the treadmill?

but i suppose you might like the idea of running on a tennis court better.

depends on how fat you are. how big is the court and how big is your ***

no. it will just make you hungry. and you will eat 10x the amount you normally would eat.

Yeah. It will, provided you don't quit or grossly overeat or die from overexertion. Maybe check with your doc or a dietitian to make sure that you won't hurt yourself by working too hard and too fast.

yes

It does. Eventually... Or you could pick up swimming. All these takes time, so just be patient. Anyway, do you really have a problem with weight? Or it's just because some people say that you have problem? Check that out with your doctor. They know best when it comes to your body. And ask them what kind of exercises could you do. They can give a few good suggestions. And even then, only choose the activities that you're interested in, otherwise, you won't continue with the exercise after 2 or 3 sessions. And make sure you know the dangers of particular exercises. Like running for example, the wrong running methods or shoes will likely injure you knee of foot. Take care now, and good luck!

Well it depends in your calorie intake ratio... if you follow a sensible diet on a regular basis and your BMI is within the limits then you should lose some weight, for additional weight loss add some weight training in at least 2 days a week...remember drink lots of water and don't eat after 7:00 p.m. Good luck (-:

if u keep it up, ull also maitain it

yea, if you have a fat ***, no

Lose weight can mean a lot of things;

Losing muscle is losing weight
Losing body fluid is losing weight
Losing fat is losing weight.

I guess you are interested in the last one?

Did you know that 1 pound of muscle will help you burn 50 calories per day?

Then think how much 6 pounds of muscle can do for you.....Yep a whopping 300 calories per day!!!

Try doing strength training 3 times per week (Mon, Wed & Fri) and then on the other days you can do your running, but when you run keep changing your speed, this will help you burn more fat; e.g. 20 seconds fast, 20 seconds slow, 20 seconds fast, 40 seconds slow, 20 seconds fast and then 1 min slow, and then repeat cycle again.

You also need to watch how you are eating to maximize your fat loss, have a look at my daily food log here;

I hope this helps.

Take care,
