Are SPIN CLASSES any good?!


Question: I'm going to start spin classes and I wanted to know how difficult it was? I'm quite heavy, so is it a good idea, or should I stick to the gym and swimming?

Spin classes are a great cardio workout and also help tone/strengthen your legs. Spin classes can be difficult if you go to the max, but just go at your own pace and gradually increase your intensity each class. The first few may be difficult if it is a different exercise than you are use to, but stick it out and you'll be amazed how your body adjusts after a few classes. Just give it your best try and don't give up. Good luck!! :-)

i heard its really hard, but i've never done it. maybe wait til you lose a little more weight and then do it or GO FOR IT!!!!

you should give anything a try just to see if youre into in
diffrent types of exercise will work different areas of your body...so you should try lots

if you have weak knees it hurts really bad the next day

it is hard, but really good if you are looking to loose a little weight, it really helped for me
