How can I lose 20 pounds before april without pills or exercise?!

First of all, if your serious about your health and weightloss then supplements and exercise should be part of your daily life.

But here are some things you can do:

Breakfast: whole grain cereals, toast with whole grain breads, fruit and 2 glasses of water.

coffee breaks: fruit and a glass of water, herbal tea is also great for energy and weightloss. (cut back on coffee, 2 a day if you must)

Lunch: soup is always good nutrition, fruit, vegetables and 2 glasses of water.

Dinner: a regular meal but cutting back a little and adding fruits and vegetables, and 2 glasses of water.

At the minimum you should add multivitamins and minerals for overall health alot of people don't know this but it will make a huge difference.

I lost 56 lbs in 7 months with Herbalife and following a program which included everything above but with supplements and exercise. Saying you don't have time is just an excuse. Atleast check out their website, they have tons of info. about health and their products.

you do not have to exercise in order to lose weight. but you absolutely have to exercise if you want your body to look good. there is a big difference. you can lose 50 pounds and you will just look like a smaller fat version of your former self. in other words, if you eat 100 percent correctly......yes you will lose a bunch of weight. but you will still look silly because of no exercise.

long story short. if you want to lose weight you absolutely have to eat right. its not as hard as it sounds. simply stay 100 percent away from sugar, fried foods, simple carbs. eat 100 percent clean. this means you should eat reduced fat meat, poultry, fish, beans, low carb pasta, low fat cheese, low fat milk, eggs, low salted nuts, plenty of fruits and vegetables especially strawberries and tomatoes, and drink lots of water. and drink diet iced tea or diet soda instead of sugar drinks.

You cannot do that safely.

Just eat healthy - never less than 1500 calories.

Be patient & give it time.

Go low carb. Cut down on bread, rice, potato and pasta. Eat fish, chicken and beef.

It's not healthy to lose 20 lbs in a few weeks, be careful!!

Unless you plan on starving yourself or gtting lipo, get off the couch and take a walk. It's seriously like magic the way exercise really works!!!!!!!! just try it, it will transform your life for the better. If you want to change the way you look, change the way you think. If you refuse to exercise then you don't have much hope. Being "too busy" is not a good excuse. Good luck. If you feel really unmotivated you could get a personal trainer, join a gym or get together with a friend.

Buddy, that's generally impossible. Unless you plan to starve, and since we have self preservation instincts, I doubt that you'll get far. Unless you have exceptional will power... Exercise won't kill you, lack of it will though... That might be a strong incentive... Try taking it one step at a time. Like swimming 2 laps every week, then increase it to 4 laps 2 weeks later, you know, gradually increase it. Same applies to running and doing sit-ups. Take them first at a manageable amount, then slowly increasing them as each fortnight progress. Don't increase them drastically as your body takes time to adjust. It's not too hard after you start. The first step is always the hardest. But once you've made the first step, the rest will be easier. Another thing you need will be will power. Heck, willing yourself to starve is going to take more will power than telling yourself that exercise will benefit you, even though it's a bit tough. You always have the potential, it's just a matter of whether do you recognize that potential. It's all in the mind, buddy, mind over matter.

stop eating as much or like limit yourself

well you could go on a low carb diet... hmm.. or ,... don't eat... well y don't u tryna do what the muslims do during ramdan?? theydon't eat anything except for water... so... breakfast lunch dinner and snacks.. is WATER!!! that'll work! ;)
