Am I skinny, average, or fat??!

That sounds pretty healthy to me. The stuff you see in the magazines, on TV and the like is generally not healthy for everyone.

If you feel healthy and are comfortable with yourself, you don't need to do a damn thing.

Weight is not a good overall indicator of health. Don't trust the BMI charts.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Ask yourself if you're healthy. That's all that matters. Work out, eat well and feel great about yourself. Stop crunching numbers

That's a pretty average weight, according to the BMI.

Naw your perfect!!! If you want to be skinny, then loose about 15 lbs!

I'd say you are on the lower side of average, not skinny, but slim.

I'm 5'9 guy and weigh 160-170 and I am very skinny. Girls are supposed to have more body fat so I'm guessing you're probably fine.

I dont think you should worry about. My friends are about the same but they are 2 years older. They are not fat AT ALL!!! and im not just saying that because they are my friends. They are comfortable with themselves and i personally think food is way too good to think about whether you should eat it or not because you feel you need to loose pounds. If you really think you do need to then work out but dont try and loose any weight.

It depends on your build are you stocky or skinny. Do you have a big or large head? Stocky and big headed people can weigh more and still look good.

Your weight is perfect! :o) According to your body mass index you would be classified as normal, which means your at a healthy weight. I wouldn't try to lose any weight at all if I were you!

I don't think you do. You're probably the healthy weight for your body. If you calculate your BMI (body mass index) that will tell you if you're a healthy weight for your body size.
