What do you do to keep in shape? Please tell me something that works and is easy!

Question: I keep in shape by working out everyday and eating whatever I want. How much I work out each day is dependent upon how much sugar/fat I ate during the day. I don't starve myself of the foods I love, i just work it off to keep it from turning into fat. BUT, if you don't like to work out really hard, long and sweaty, then yeah, you gotta watch the "bad foods" that will go right to your thighs.

exercise and eat healthy.
those are the only reasonable things to do.

Taekwondo. I go 3 or 4 times week, my cardio, blood pressure and cholesterol are all excellent, I lost 42 lbs and I feel great - plus I mad a whole buch of new friends.

Running.
alot

Try to eat healthy foods and drink as much water as you can every day. Also, do simple, non-strenuous exercises, like brisk walking, or turn up the stereo and dance (If you like dancing.). Or you can sit/lay on the floor while watching TV and do things like stretching.

I was 245 at the end of July of 2007. By Dec I was 200, what I did was watch what I ate and did cardio. I started running a mile then worked up to 3 miles. Right now I am down to 2 miles a day, but I also weight lift. Most important thing is watch what you eat. Try to eat as much protien and fiber as you can. A little carbs isn't bad for you, just try and stay away from white bread.

lift weights. run

Best exercises, in my opinion, are running and biking. I also like the ---original-- Abs Of Steel tapes. They truly are very effective.

Eat a diet rich in greens and whole grains;low in saturated fat and caffeine; and devoid of Trans fats, refined sugar, white flour, and beef. Finally DO drink a minimum of 8 8oz glasses of purified filtered water every day. (The more active you are and/or the hotter it is, the more you'll need. Hydration if of primary importance to all body systems--including metabolism.)

All the best!!
