You are not really overweight at all, and with the excercise you do you are probably in awesome shape.

If you do Pilates and it's not tightening your stomach with enough tone, then losing 5 lbs should do it.

That being said, sometimes excercise alone just doesn't take off the weight in problem areas. Only cutting back on what and how much you eat while continuing to excercise will let you take off a few pounds, and your middle will probably respond quite well and be more toned.

Continue the Pilates; it's great for the mid-section. Do something aerobic as well to burn more calories.

You are a woman, and you are not the only woman who finds it hard to be the perfect ideal.

Incidentally; a few lbs will not lesson your attractiveness to others or the opposite sex.

Don't go crazy with dieting, it's not good for anybody, especially a teenager.

Just find a few places where you can make better choices or eat less food from your plate. Cut out fast food and dessert, and those 5 lbs should come off in no time and your excercise will take care of your tummy.

Good luck!

Why would you want too? Women shouldn't look like that.

Eww... that's not even a thin stomach! A liposuction would work!

ha hahaaaaaaaaaa your joking right....

do a lot of crunches and ab workouts

For nice abs, doing sit uhps and crunches help most(:

That's gross.

wow were the same height and weight, but im 16 lol with 38c boobs haha, i would say eat healthy no junk, drink water and juices (no sugar) and do crunches(look up ab workouts online)

you have to get your body fat percentage down to remove the fat over your abdominal then do ab exercises to make muscles larger/ more defined

um.. probably by joining the boy's soccer team.

You should be able to get there soon since you're already active. Do get obliques like that you need to do some targeting excersises

play basketball and change your eating habits. If you give up wheat for a month youll see drastic changes too.

this fat is SUPER hard to get rid of, but I do situps every day, for at least 5 minutes! I eat healthy and i dont eat or fun! i reaalllllyy hope i helped!

why would you want to look like that? EEEWWWWWW

yea look eat for breakfast something that u love something good u know for lunch u eat lets say a sandwich or something after u do some exercise lets say 30-45 min then for dinner soemthing not to much something small for u wont be hungry at night :D hope this works

Run.. A Lot! and crunches and sit ups are good for tightening the muscles... Running is prolly the best for losing the chub tho=]

the best thing to do is sit ups and crunches, and put about 15 pounds on your abs when doing them it will be no time before the abs are looking flat.

Use the exercises explained here:
http://exercise.about.com/library/bltota...

I started this 1 month ago. I was pretty fit (3 x cardio per week),
but i was a bit flabby in the middle.

Spending 205 minutes 3 times per week with these exercises really gave me strong ab muscles, just like the ones in your picture.
You'll look great by May!

Do more crunches and cardio.

eww that's nasty!
just work-out

First you need to do cardio 2-3 times a week to take off any fat, than you do ab workouts to build up muscle. Search online for upper and lower ab workouts. Once again exercise 2-3 times a week. Good Luck, and by the way most females have a little pooch of skin under their belly button so don't worry about that...

That is all in diet.....you need to remove fatty tissue from in front of the muscels before it's worth trying to shape them. And yes, depending on what you look like now, it could happen in as few as 6 weeks.

sit ups are what will give you abs, if thats what you're looking for. i'm 15 as well, and im 5'8'' and i weigh 145 lbs. most of that is muscle though. i have just a little bit of fat on my stomach, but i have abs under them. you just need to work off that small amount of fat. crunches, sit ups, that kind of stuff. they work that area better than most exercises. goodluck!

OK, first of all, her stomach isn't all that. She has abs at the top but none at the bottom and on the main abdomen area. 2nd, check out www.sparkpeople.com
also, crunches. and YES, pilates will do it too.

DONT DO LIPO! heres why: Liposuction is the surgical withdrawal of excess fat from areas under the skin by means of a small incision and vacuum suctioning. Liposuction is a complex and potentially life-threatening procedure even though it is very popular.

30 crunches a day, 30 sit ups a day, and 20 push ups a day

crunches and sit ups balanced with palates and running, help to create abs, the push ups will help sculpt and flatten them.

ya that should help make sure you eat healthier foods and drink lots of water too

ICK!!
Those were the ugliest abs i've ever seen!! lol
if you can even call those abs

k well im 13 and want the same thing. i've tried something new for a week already and already see results. i LOVE junk food. nobody likes to admit that they like all the wrong foods but for most people that's the case. completely give it up. you can have a cuple of pretzals maybe twice a week. replace that food with fruits and veggietables. im a picky eater but i still am doing it. you also muct exercise. yoga is for relaxation so that wont help your stomach. pilates is good but only once a week will take you 2 years to see results. i go on the tredmil 3 to 5 days a week on and incline and do dance. trust me stick with pilates and give up junk. try going on the tredmil. make a weight goal for your self for modivation. good luck and start bikini shopping

I'm on the wrestling team and the basketball team, so i know lots about conditioning.

if you want a pack, the key is reducing your fat percentage. cause if you do crunches, your abs will be visible, but they're covered in fat.
To reduce your fat percentage, i suggest running, basketball's great, DDR is also a good option, and drink lots of water. people say that water makes you heavy, but in the long term, water actually cleans away fat. water with some lemon works too, cause it's acidic.

You shouldn't work toward that picture, you should work for better. you have a good 4 months. that's like a whole season. more than enough time. just reduce body fat percentage, and do crunches.

and keep doing what you're doing. yoga and stuff is good for you

first of all, EEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWW! GROSS!
and she has alot of fat left on her stomach
