Yes thats a 4 pack, and even though that kid looks young, hes hotttt [I'm not a pervert, I'm 14 ^^] And I actually have abs somewhat like that but a bit less, and i got them witha simple routine; Every night, before going to sleep: The first day do 20 sit-ups, the next 21, the next 22, next day 23...and so on, and like a week if you move the stomach a bit you will see them! keep doing it and when your like on sit-up 50 or something like that, you will see the first 2 abs perfectly visible and the other 2 are starting to come out! Its a simple way to get abs! Trust meon this!
