How can you find you REAL ideal weight for your body size?!
Question: I am 5'11 and weigh about 226. I have been lifting for about 6 years. I have a little belly fat, but that is about it. When I goto websites and enter my height, I get answers like if I weigh over 185 I am overweight. There has to be a better way to determine this...right?

Here is a good calculator. But, you have to remember that if you have more muscle than the average person, then any calculator will be skewed, because muscle weighs more than fat.

Go to the store and buy a scale that measures weight AND body fat percentage. I'm like 2 pounds away from being overweight as well on the BMI scale, lol. I'm only 13% body fat though.
They also have the fat pinch test, but I don't think they are very accurate, it said I was 3% body fat.
If you're bodybuilding then the only way you're going to be able to know is to go somewhere like a gym or the doctor's and ask them. Those charts don't account for muscle or bone size.
