How can i get a perfect beach body?!


Question: Okay well I'm not fat, a lot of people think I'm really really skinny. But I have a few things I would like to fix for the perfect beach body. Well I would like a flat tummy and a tight butt. How can I make this happen? Without spending money on a workout video or anything.

Go running at least 4x a week for about 30 minutes each time, more if you can. This will get rid of body fat. If you want flat abs, you also need to eat well....no soda, bad snacks, load up on the fruit. For toning exercises, I like doing sit-ups on an exercise ball, bicycle crunches, and reverse crunches. You can look these exercises up on youtube if you aren't sure how to properly do them. An exercise called 100s work really well too.

For a tight butt I recommend lunges and squats. Running up stairs really tones your butt and thighs too. Good luck!

Get the initiative to do excercise on your own for half an hour everyday. Preferably ones that use your stomach/butt muscles.

okay hey girl! an overall workout for a perfectly proportional and tight body is to SWIM! swimming tones and tightens everything from your arms, tummy, booty, thighs etc.!!! just treat it like a workout...do laps instead of just floating there :)
