workout 20 to 35 min of low inpact hiwait workouts and change the work when you platto means you stop loseing wait so change is good walking realy dont help that much hint and eat protien and heavy grians good luck form chazz

the only thing that's instant is coffee

it's hard work but eat healthy

eat vegetables and drink water rather than the burgers, pizza, candy bars, and soda you drink at lunch

eat smaller servings

start working out at a gym (i would reccomend running on a treadmill or just running around the neighborhood) at least 3 miles a week

It's definately going to take a lot of hard work and commitment. Ever seen biggest loser? Copy the things they do. Eat healthy, count calories if you must. Completely go off ALL sugar foods and Fat foods. Excercse every day to every second day. Maybe consider a personal trainer. You must do at least an hour to 2 hrs of hard excercise. Run, swim, kickbox, mix it up.

Exercising....!!!!!!!!
Jogging, swimming, tennis, badminton, fitnes, or anything, that can burn your calories... or may be you can go 'sauna'.
And also eat a right food.
don't eat junk food, drink a lot of water, eat more fruit and vegetables... Salad is good for you... and..... don't sleep after you eat.....
