Try the Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body Workout video. It's really effective and easy to follow. You don't need to go the gym. you can do it right at your bedroom. And it has a good abs, butt and thigh workout... you can really feel it works.

You can maybe download that on some free websites like bearshare or something... It isn't really expensive its less than $10. And its really worth it.

Take food that are rich in protein... cause protein helps has build muscles and muscles helps us burn fats.l Eggs are good source of protein especially the white part of it.
