It's good that you're breastfeeding -- that uses almost as many calories as being pregnant!

Of course, you're not eating for two anymore. But even if you purposefully eat much less food than you used to, you still have to focus on post-natal nutrition. If your body isn't getting certain vitamins to make breastmilk with, either the body or the breastmilk will suffer.

Look at the quality of the food that you're eating. I have one friend (also a teen mother) WHO LOST 100 POUNDS mainly because she cut the sodium from her diet. Since salt is often used as a preservative, the switch is often as simple as switching from pre-packaged foods (including fast food) to their fresh versions. And once you try fresh pasta, you'll never want the dried kind again anyway!

This friend also says, "I speak from experience: DIET PILLS ARE GOING TO SCREW YOU UP!"

As far as exercise goes, get a Baby Bjorn ( http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp... ). Put your baby in that and it'll turn any walk into a workout!

Even if you have a regular stroller, taking your baby out for a walk instead of driving to the corner store will also work off some calories.

HOLY SH*T
TEEN MOTHER
OMG!!!!

get some lipo done ull loose it quicker that way. Your welcome for my advice

the prom? im not going to judge you here but you worried about the prom and youve had a baby? lol whats the point of even going

get off the computer and go outside =D

see the detail's on http://Hoodia-Gordonii.ze.cx

drink lots of water and walk as much as you can. I know it may be hard to run or do push ups and sit ups but the more active you are, the quicker it will come off. Good Luck and have fun at the prom!!!

You shouldn't try to lose it fast or you'll gain it back again. If you lose the weight slowly, you'd be more likely to keep it off.

Get a "sport" stroller that you can take your kiddo with you walking or running. That way you don't lose time with them, or need a sitter while you work out.

Come to think of it, many gyms have childcare these days, too.

oooooooooo lala

Are you a teen mother or a teacher who has to go? Just wondering.

First off, you need to talk to your doctor and see how many calories you need per day.

I would suggest that you keep a food journal and write down everything you eat, from each sip of soda to a piece of gum.

Exercise (cardio and strength training) will be key. Check out some websites that cater to post-baby workouts.

Good luck!

The best way is to workout everyday in moderation and eat balanced meals. This way the weight stays down. For more info go to http://yourhealthyweight.ca/home.aspx. But it seems like you want to lose the weight fast. I suggest using Hoodia medic. and following a high protein low carb diet. Plus working out like you are in the basketball team. Also eat peanuts for snacks.

make sure you eat healthy food, try to stay away from fast food, but eat vegtables or soup, dont drink alot of soda, drink water or juice and you can jog and do push ups.

Try to get more information on dieting, weight loss articles, health and fitness articles, weight loss forum and BMI calculator at my profile and get the advise from them to lose weight fast and healthy.

Little Tricks To Help You Lose Weight Fast

Yeah we all know that we are supposed to cut calories, do cardio and hit the gym to get in shape, but there are lots

of little tricks you shouldn't ignore if you want to slim down quick.

Take The Stairs Taking the stairs instead of the elevator every day can help you burn some extra calories. It may

not seem like a lot but it adds up. Over a period of a year, taking the stairs can burn off an extra five lbs. of fat.
