it kinda depend what you want to work out.
for abs: tuck ups, pike ups, crunches.
for legs, squats or ballet. (i know i was skeptical too)
for arms: push ups, elevated push ups work better. put your feet up on something higher

pilates dvd :)

put on some music that you like, start slow, and stretch, then put on the fast stuff and go to town, use hand weights, count calories etc, lots of water, I lost 38 lbs in about 4 months doing this, my caloric intake was way under 1000 calories per day, it workds, I also drank 1 gal of water a day!!!!!! after 4 months I had to up my caloric intake, and then balance out the food. good luck

Try the Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body Workout video. It's really effective and easy to follow. You don't need to go the gym. you can do it right at your bedroom. And it has a good abs and body workout... you can really feel it works.

Drink lots of fluid so you get to cleanse your body with that your metabolism will work better.. Pineapple juice is very good.

Try meat diet... avoid rice and food with simple carbohydrates. Have it with some vegetables. If you want some bread, you can have wheat bread.

You can have small portion of food 5 to 6 times a day. Dieting won't be successful if you starve yourself!! So go ahead and eat... but only healthy low to zero carbs.

Exercise every day morning and night... eat before you exercise not after. And always have water with you while you exercise.
