Creatine and muscle definition.....q!


Question: i am about to go on a cruise and i want to make my body look as 'appealing' as possible.....
i have recently lost about 30 pounds and am close to my ideal weight.
i was wondering if it is a good idea to start taking creatine a few days before the cruise and on the cruise to help my muscles look a litle bigger.
will it help or will it just make them look flabber????

ps. i know its a super vein question, but i really want to look good cuz it has been years since i could take my shirt off with out feeling fat.

well creatine isn't gonna do much for you in a couple of days. you need at least a week or so with a daily intake of it to see any results, and of course you need to work out while taking it. make sure if you do use it, you drink plenty of water because it absorbs water from your body and you need more than usual to avoid dehydration. but if your worried about looking fat, try some cardio and ab exercises. if you want to look more muscular, hit the weights. remember 5g in the morning on non-workout days and 5g after a workout along with protein and carbs
