If I only eat 13 of my 18 points a day on weight watchers, will I gain weight or!

It's individual, but if you eat *too* little, your body will think you are starving. It will respond by slowing your metabolism, which isn't good when you're trying to lose weight. It wouldn't make you gain, but it would slow your loss, and it might mean you're losing muscle mass instead of fat - which would be counterproductive.

you will lose weight, probably quicker, but you might not be as healthy as you would be if you were eating those 5 points, maybe eat fruit or veg as those 5 points.

what they said,but don't freak and over eat when you feel more hungry.
