Burn off more calories than you consume. When I'm at the gym I will be on the elliptical machine until I've burned off 800 calories, then I get on the treadmill and burn another 200 just to get to 1000 calories a day. By the way, the elliptical is really good for toning the butt and legs. Also add some weight training into your routine, you'll start to notice a difference in no time. DON'T forget to stick to a well balanced diet though.

well ur not gonna lose it all in like a week, if thats wat ur sayin. but excercise daily, wat u can handle, and eat right. dont let urself get hungry, but dont eat all the time. every three hours u shuld eat, but nothin big

DINNER

protien shake (one scoop protien powder, nonfat milk, frozen fruit)


Also make sure you drink enough water. Drink one glass on nonfat skim milk a day or have it in a shake and then drink NOTHING but water. Take your weight and divide it by 2. The convert pounds to ounces. For example, if you weighed 150 lbs then divide by 2 = 75 lbs then convert to ounces - 75 ounces of water a day. Make sure to drink that much water every day.
