I went on my own diet in 1996 for about 3 months

1 I ate plain /seasoned lemon chicken boiled or gorge forman
2 lots of pasta with little sauce or fake butter
3 as much salad as I wanted (i couldent do the diet dressings so I treated my self to ranch)
4 lots of cheese in blocks
5 eggs for brake fast
6 lots of juice (orange/ apple)
7 took diet supplements to build cuts from gnc store
8 fast jog / sprints of 2 miles a day and split it up to run after meals for the total of 2 miles a day.
I lost in 3 months ----25lbs and was cut in my chest with a
4 pack almost a six pack if I would have done sit ups I would have had a six.
I was 5-11 and 175lbs a little flabby and went down to 150 my goal and was hot cut all over .
try my system it really worked for me!

Diet and exercise

Well first drink a ton of water. That is one of the main keys to weight loss. Also if you get in the habbit of walking for at least thirty minutes at a fast paced walk you can really lose weight. Alot people dont believe it is true but it is. It can be just as benificial as sports like basket ball.

30-60 minutes of exercise every day. Walk, ride a bike, go to the gym, what ever. 30-60 minutes every day. Watch what you eat - eat lean meats, lots of veggies and fruits, beans, legumes, soy, drink lots of water, avoid fatty foods, soda pop, candy and overprocessed foods (like TV dinners). Eat breakfast every day - a bowl of shredded wheat cereal with 1 c of fruit and soy milk or low fat milk. You will lose weight. Good luck.

I say calculate a mile. The first month and 1/2 walk it then half walk/run it. Then 2 months before september or july run every day. Also eat atleast 5 a day. 2 servings of fruit, 3 servings of veggies.

buy Alli (over the counter Xenical) and follow the steps on line of the whole program.Worked for me.lost 20 pounds in 3 months (with a little sacrifice-it's never easy) .

Just watch what you eat and dont eat late and it will come off B4 Sep Also just work out about 3 times a week and it will fall off fast

Ok for starters don't try any of those stupid crazy crash diets. Cut your portions, eat right, and have healthy prepared snacks handy (to help prevent you from eating chips etc) As far as exercise, if you get into a good solid routine with some cardio 3 times a week and lifting (not heavy just light to tone) like 2 times a week you will drop. The main thing is to cut back your portions and just watch what you eat. I suggest going online and finding some healthy meals you would enjoy and getting the recipes. When you go shopping stay away from the chip and cookie aisles. Don't get me wrong you need to have some sweets but not a lot. And now there are a lot of snack that have gone healthy. I found fruit juice Popsicles at Walmart and they are fabulous! Even a fudge bar once in awhile is better than a candy bar. Try the 100 calorie packs to for a snack attack. I try to prepart veggies in baggies for on the go snacks or just having fruits handy. Good luck! I hope this helps

There is no single answer, but I'm not really going out on a limb here to suggest diet (whole foods, fruits and vegetables, ditch the sugar and fast food) and exercise (at least 20 minutes of movement every day). There is another component to a healthy lifestyle and that is sleep. Eight hours, at least, of uninterrupted, quiet and dark sleep per night goes a long way toward weight loss. Good luck!
