Will eating this way help me lose weight?!


Question: I want to know if what I'm eating is going to help me lose 10 lbs. Should I eat less and exercise more, or what?

Breakfast:
Two bowls of Frosted Flakes Gold

Lunch:
1 bowl of cheese ravioli
1 bowl of vegetable stew
1 bowl of salad with honey Dijon dressing

Dinner:
1 apple
5 strawberries
1 bowl of grapes

No snacks in between

Drink:
Hot chocolate, green tea, 8 oz of water, and weight control tea.

Exercise:
45 minutes on an exercise bike

No. Your actually doing it all wrong.

Here I will revamp it for you:

Breakfast:
Cereal (nothing sugary like you have)/Oatmeal
Fruit
Milk

Lunch: Tuna/Chicken/Turkey sandwich with lowfat cheese, fruit, a salad, and a low calorie drink.

Snack: Veggies or fresh fruit.

Dinner: The whole starve for dinner thing you have is wrong. I know you will lose weight in the first week, but you will binge and eventually quit this diet. For dinner you can actaully have whatever your family makes just have a small portion next to a a salad.

ALSO ELIMINATE ANYTHING EXCEPT WATER AND TEA
FYI: Dieters teas are nothing but laxatives in a tea bag.

Also your exercise routine is lacking movement. Are you obese or hurt? If not you need to walk! Or do something other than sitting and pedaling. Unless your doing a intense pedaling session!

it seems alright, but for dinner you should have some chicken maybe? and for breakfast instead of having 2 bowls of frosted flakes gold just have one with an apple.

for breakfast have some eggs but dont eat the yolk and have a serving of fruit with that with a piece of whol wheat toast!

for lunch have a salad with western dressing and maybe a little cheese

for dinner u need some meat so have a little chicken with some corn or broccilli!

Make sure u drink lots of water and have milk every once in a while! Make sure u dont go too high in your calories in take

-to find out how many calories you need to eat a day get a calculator and type in the weight u want to be and then times that by 12 and there u go and also write down everything u eat all day long everyday so u no how many calories u have eaten

No. Try eating only one bowl of cereal in the morning for breakfast, 1 apple as a snack, one bowl of salad with honey dijon dressing and add some chicken to it-NO RAVIOLI, your dinner fruit (starwberries and a handful of grapes) as an afternoon snack, and your bowl of vegetable stew for dinner. Don't eat after 7pm, cut out the hot chocolate and keep up with the exercise.

Frosted flakes has a lot of sugar but if you ate it with skim milk it wouldn't be too bad. If it's ravioli or soup from a can, skip it. Processed foods are not a good way to lose weight. Salad is good but use a low-calorie low-fat dressing.

Dinner. Terrible idea. You don't want your body to think you're starving since it will slow down your metabolism and store more fat because it thinks you're in a crisis. Eat smaller meals but more of them during the day, six times a day is good but don't eat a full meal like you do when you're not dieting. If you have to, exercise a little extra to make up for it.

Snacks are good, just don't eat sugary treats, candy or drink soda.

An exercise bike will help you lose weight but not as quickly as other methods like cardio, weight-training or even an exercise ball.

You need to drink extra water when dieting as it helps you to feel full. Eat lots of greens, veggies, and fruit. Low-fat cottage cheese is good, hard-boiled eggs (without the yolks) are great protein too.

No soda, no sweetened fruit juice.

your body burns how ever many calories you eay on an average basis.. so if you eat like 5 a day for the next week youll only burn 5 a day naturally, if you eat 500 on an average basis you will burn that many.
