I was anorexic and I always drank diet soda.
It kept me from eating so much sugar since I love sweets. Sugar substances aren't real sugar which is in diet soda. This is why diet soda is not fattening what so ever. Just bad for your health.
However think again because too much soda will bloat you overtime if thats all you drink.
I hate how hard life is. lmao It gets so old after a while. We have to worry about everything. Its freaking crazy.
