How to build up muscle?!

Find a weight gainer high in protein and carbs, protein is building block for muscle. Carbs are the fuel/energy for lifting. Best bet if you can afford a trainer. Use the gainer with a trainer. If you can't afford trainer buy like FitnessRX magazine and follow a detailed workout correctly. Also www.bodybuilding.com has some REALLY great insight on specific muscle groups and training methods. Just don't go buying into all the pills and crap.

eat a lot of carbs

lots of protein,and low rep weights, after lifting higher reps for a few months.( low reps= 3-8 with 3-5 sets, high reps, 10-20, 2-3 sets)

that carb ans. is WRONG you need carbs for energy, but you actually should just do a couple sessions with a trainer so he can show you the propper exercises for your own body but bottom line if you dont workout correctly and breath correctly doing them oxygen vs carbon dioxcide you might as well not do them at all. then afterwards you eat a low fat protein ex tuna fish very high protein low fat or yogurt

you must go for exercise n do some gymnastic programs

Why do you want to become huge? You do know that when you get older, excessive muscle turns into fat?
To get the right amount of muscle for your body I'd recommend taking up swimming as a serious sport (I don't mean you splashing around in your pool at home). Your shoulders broaden and you develop well defined chest muscles, back muscles and abs within a year.
Also remember that any shortcut method to looking good always has bad side effects
